honesty in intentions

Hello beautiful souls.

As I reflect on the power of intention, I realize the importance of being honest and aligned with our heart intentions rather than ego intentions. Often, our intentions may have a hidden trailing part that reveals our true motivations: I intend to work out daily... until something comes up. I intend to spend less.. until there is something I really want to buy. By acknowledging these hidden parts and examining our intentions, we create space for peace and self-awareness. When we have clarity and authenticity in our intentions, things flow more effortlessly.

Three Reasons to Be in Alignment with Heart Intentions and Not Ego Intentions:
